partial hospitalization program
Release Recovery Center’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive, structured treatment with the option for clients to live in supportive community housing, creating a balanced and flexible environment for those on their path to recovery. This program is ideal for clients who need more support than outpatient services can offer, but do not require 24/7 residential care. Clients can live in community housing while attending treatment sessions during the day or evening, giving them the opportunity to gradually transition to independent living.
Our PHP is specifically designed for individuals who have completed Detox, are no longer experiencing withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and/or drugs, and do not need a higher level of care due to relapse or an inability to maintain abstinence. Clients must be free from active suicidal or homicidal ideation and should not present a danger to themselves or others. To be eligible for the program, clients must be 18 years or older, willing to actively engage in treatment, motivated to work toward independence, and committed to living in supportive housing while adhering to program guidelines.
Clients in our PHP receive daily, personalized treatment based on their unique needs and goals as outlined in their individual treatment plan. Services offered include individual and group counseling (including family counseling), substance abuse education, life skills training (such as anger management, communication skills, employability skills, and problem-solving), relapse prevention, recovery management, decision-making, relationship skills, symptom management, nutrition education, and more.
In addition, mental health services are available to help stabilize and manage any underlying conditions, with timely referrals for ongoing care as needed. Release Recovery Center’s PHP is a comprehensive, supportive program designed to help clients achieve lasting recovery while building the foundation for a successful, independent life.
